In order to access and use this content, you must register with Hippocampus Ninja and create a password to use in accessing the content on the Website.

Your password is unique and exclusive to you, and you may not transfer your password to any other person or allow any other person to use your password to access or use the content on the Website. You agree to notify Hippocampus Ninja immediately if any other person makes unauthorized use of your password. Hippocampus Ninja reserves the right to suspend or revoke your password in the event of any misuse of your password or any use of your password in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any such suspension or revocation, you will not be entitled to any refund or payment.

2. "Course Fees" means the amounts that are due and payable by a Student for enrolment of Course.
3. "Collective Content" means Member Content and Hippocampus Ninja's Content.
4. "Content" means text, graphics, images, music, software (excluding the Application), audio, video, information or other materials.
5. "Listing" means Courses that are listed by Hippocampus Ninja as available via the Site, Application, and Services.
6. "Member" means a person, who completes Hippocampus Ninja's account registration process, including but not limited to Teachers and Students.
7. "Member Content" means all Content that a Member posts, uploads, publishes, submits, transmits, or includes in their Listing, Member profile or Hippocampus Ninja's promotional campaign to be made available through the Site, Application or Services.
8. "Payment Method" means a payment method that you have added to your Hippocampus Ninja Account, such as a credit card, debit card, UPI , wallet or net banking.
9. "Student" means a Member who enrolls for Courses on Application or Site, in case of minor student the parent or guardian who enroll their child or ward for the Courses on Application or Site.
10. "Tax" or "Taxes" mean any sales taxes, value added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), service tax, that Hippocampus Ninja may be required by law to collect and remit to governmental agencies, and other similar municipal, state, federal and national indirect or other withholding and personal or corporate income taxes.
11. “Teacher/Tutor” means a Member who has been selected by Hippocampus Ninja in order to provide services through the Site or Application
12. "Hippocampus Ninja Content" means all Content that Hippocampus Ninja makes available through the Site, Application, Services, or its related promotional campaigns and official social media channels, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding Student Content.

Upon registration, Hippocampus Ninja grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, personal license to access and use the Hippocampus Ninja content identified in the content you purchased via an online/offline reader. Hippocampus Ninja will not be liable for any delay or interruption in your access to the site or any content located on the site, or for any transmission errors, equipment or software incompatibilities, force majeure or other failure of performance. Hippocampus Ninja will use reasonable efforts to correct any failure of performance, but Hippocampus Ninja will not be required to make any changes to any equipment or software used by Hippocampus Ninja or its contractors or agents to ensure compatibility with any equipment or software used by you.
